	DMP® pays your monthly mortgage payment for up to two years if damage to the home caused by a covered disaster renders the home uninhabitable for at least 48 hours.
	DMP® reimburses the deductible on your homeowners policy up to $500 if a covered event causes damage to the home's structure and your home is temporarily uninhabitable for more than 48 hours.
	DMP® pays your remaining mortgage balance – up to $250,000 – if the home and property become permanently uninhabitable (because of condemnation or movement of land) due to a covered disaster.
